Week 4, a little late

This week I focused on planning The Bounty Hunter day at Tea Cafe and began working on Death at a Funeral.

Tuesday I planned out the details for hosting a movie-themed event at Tea Cafe. I already had the go-ahead from the owners, so I figured out what kind of decorations we would need, how many prize packs we would give away and designed a themed menu. It was titled The Bounty Hunter specials and featured items renamed to fit themes of the movie. After I was done, I sent off the design to the Moroch graphic artist for a final product.

The final product:

I also continued organizing and cleaning the storage room. We get in new shipments of items, posters and office supplies all the time, so it takes a lot of upkeep.

Thursday I gathered all the items I needed for the Tea Cafe event...large posters, mini posters, handcuffs, t-shirts (for giveaways, the owners of Tea Cafe and the employees), an enter-to-win box and screening passes (for giveaways and Tea Cafe). I also researched locations for Death at a Funeral promotions and brainstormed promotion stunts and events for the film. They are trying for a strong college push for the film, so I came up with ideas that could be done on campus or any surrounding shops.

They told me not to come in Friday because it was my birthday! 21, Woo!!
