Week 6 aka Spring Break

This past week was pretty slow.

Since it was spring break and a lot of my work is with colleges, I couldn't get much work done on the Death at a Funeral promotions. All of my contacts were gone for the week.

I spent most of my time at Moroch on Tuesday and Thursday doing more location research for the remake of The Karate Kid. The movie comes out in June, but we are doing six or seven advance screenings in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa so there are a lot of seats to fill!

Wednesday I attended the advance screening for The Bounty Hunter in Bricktown. I was surprised how full the theater was. Apparently people had been lined up since 5 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. screening! I got to bypass the lines by saying I was with Moroch. The movie was pretty entertaining.

I was supposed to go to Skky Bar and take pictures of The Bounty Hunter After-Screening Party, which is why I was in Oklahoma City. When I got there, however, none of the promo items we had sent them were displayed. I found the night manager who told me they had already done the promo night over the weekend...So no pictures.

Since it was so slow last week they told me not to come in Friday. So I got a little bit of a spring break, too!
